Convincing the miserable and sorrowful plights of SC and ST and other backward communities, NITWSA has been extending all its co-operation and encouraging people’s participation to mitigate their socio-economic hazards by sustaining and initiating different welfare programs through joint efforts and indigenous style.

Now began the arduous task of community organization to joining the mainstream is inevitable. But it has to be in their terms, with their heads held high, confident, proud and without fear. So that participation in a development program is not only the involvement of people in rendering financial assistance, giving ones own labour or resource mobilization. Participation is an individual’s mental and emotional involvement in group solutions that encourage him to contribute group goals and to share responsibility for them.
